The major systems listed below are evaluated during every full service home inspection: The Exterior The Grounds or Site, Exterior surfaces of the home (i.e.Stucco/Siding/Trim), Gates and Fences etc. The Foundation Looking for signs of shifting/movement, cracks/damage etc. Raised foundation: will crawl when opening is accessible and space allows. Roofing Systems Viewing process of the roof as allowable by slope, materials or condition. Plumbing Systems We will evaluate water pressure, water flow and drainage evaluated. Heating & Air Conditioning Systems We will evaluate Brand, Age, Condition, Location and visible Ducting. Electrical Systems We will evaluate the Panel/sub-panels for Brand, Condition, Location. Test all accessible outlets and lights. Room-By-Room Interior Open and close all doors, windows, evaluate the walls, flooring, closets, etc. Garage We will evaluate all access to the garage, the condition of the floor, walls, firewalls, fire doors, visible framing, etc. Bathrooms All components of the bathrooms are evaluated for condition/safety: sinks, counters, cabinets, walls, flooring, windows, doors, tub/showers, toilets, etc. Kitchen & Appliances All components of the Kitchen are evaluated for condition/safety: sinks, counters, cabinets, walls, flooring, windows, doors, appliances etc. Many other components and sub-components go into making up the above systems.
Walk-through A unique aspect of our inspection is a personal walk-through with your Home Inspector. We love to have our Clients on site, if at all possible.
